After 96 years of construction and development, the Vietnam Trade Union, as a core act of mobilizing and gathering the working class, has made important contributions to the struggle for national independence, liberation of the class and in the cause of national construction and development.
In Cao Bang, on April 4,47 the Provincial Trade Union was officially established; organized and encouraged workers and union members to enthusiastically participate in contributing human resources and the strength of the revolutionary government.
Over the past 10 years, the Cao Bang Provincial Trade Union has mobilized and supported the construction of more than 526 Trade Union Shelters, with a budget of over 13 billion VND; visited and provided subsidies to over 80,000 union members in difficult circumstances...
From July 1, 2025, the Trade Union Working Committee under the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee will be a unit to advise and organize the implementation of trade union tasks, bridging the trade union organization with the political system and workers with 98 affiliated grassroots trade unions.
The seminar focused on discussing 2 topics: Some new points of the 2024 Trade Union Law; some solutions to improve the quality of collective labor agreements, for the practical benefits of employees and enterprises.
Workers and laborers must adapt safely to digital transformation, identify and prevent risks in cyberspace in the new situation.
At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Ha Nhat Le suggested that the Provincial Trade Union continue to promote and inherit the 96-year tradition; perform well the role of the trade union in the new period with the new organizational model.
