On September 22, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) said that the Trade Union of Nguyen Du Plus International Kindergarten has coordinated with the Board of Directors to organize the 2025 Workers' Conference. The conference was attended and directed by representatives of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor, the investor and all 119 cadres, teachers and workers of the school.
At the conference, delegates listened to a report on the results of activities in the 2024-2025 school year and the direction and tasks for the 2025-2026 school year. The school's trade union has effectively coordinated with the Board of Directors in taking care of the lives and policies for union members and workers.
100% of union members receive regular health check-ups; organize all activities to visit, give gifts, celebrate birthdays, give Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to children of cadres, teachers, employees... with a total cost of care and welfare of more than 51 million VND.
In particular, the conference devoted most of its time to direct dialogue activities with workers. There were 19 opinions raised, focusing on three main groups of issues: policies - wages; investment in teaching equipment; and conditions to ensure teaching quality. All recommendations were listened to, discussed frankly and clearly by representatives of the school, the investor and the Trade Union.
Recognizing the achievements of the 2024-2025 school year, the school has awarded 15 collectives, 4 departments and 50 outstanding teachers with a total budget of over 302 million VND.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Duc Thach - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Deputy Head of the Economic Zone Trade Union - highly appreciated the effective coordination between the Trade Union and the School Board of Directors, and at the same time proposed to continue promoting the role of representation, caring for union members' lives, promoting the emulation movement "Good at school work, good at home work", successfully organizing the Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
