In case of non-participation, the company will pay travel expenses according to the Collective Labor Agreement to the employees.
Similarly, the representative of the Trade Union of ChangShin Dong Nai Company also informed all union members and workers about registering to travel in 2025 at Phan Thiet beach (Lam Dong province) with a 2-day, 1-night schedule for all workers (about 3,500 workers) at the end of September 2025.
