According to Ms. Thuy, taking care of union members and workers in the new period cannot just stop at superficial movement activities. The biggest expectation placed on this Congress is policy decisions to help build a happy and humane working environment. There, the Trade Union must not only support material life, but also be a spiritual support, understand the research and teaching pressure of lecturers, and at the same time, proactively protect their rights, creating space for each individual to feel secure in contributing and developing professional capacity.
In addition, in the face of the strong digital transformation wave in education, the team of officials expects the Trade Union organization to be a pioneer in "digitalizing" connecting activities. Social security policies, mutual fund packages or dialogue forums need to be operated flexibly on technology platforms, helping to listen to union members' thoughts in the fastest and most multi-dimensional way.
