The Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation (LDLD) has just issued a plan to take care of Binh Ngo Tet for union members, workers, and laborers. With the motto of ensuring "All union members, workers, and laborers have Tet, celebrate Tet" in the context of the first year celebrating Tet after the merger of administrative boundaries at the provincial level and the implementation of local government at 2 levels.
The Standing Committee of the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation has developed a plan with many practical contents, close to the legitimate and justified needs and aspirations of a large number of workers.

Accordingly, first of all, the Provincial Labor Federation focuses on implementing a peak period of care and support for union members, workers, and laborers in difficult circumstances, affected by natural disasters, suffering from dangerous diseases or losing their jobs, contributing to stabilizing labor relations, ensuring social security; creating a joyful, excited, safe, and healthy Spring Binh Ngo atmosphere.
In addition to promoting trade union financial resources, the Provincial Labor Federation encourages grassroots trade unions to strengthen connections and create consensus and concern of the whole society, especially employers, to strengthen Tet care both in quantity and quality of salary. Thereby creating motivation and trust for workers to stick with units, businesses and trade union organizations for a long time....
Therefore, in addition to the support level for over 24,000 union members and workers, the Provincial Labor Federation encourages grassroots trade unions to base on the actual situation, the support of businesses, local authorities and other social sources to self-determine the target audience, quantity, and level of care suitable for each activity.
Proactively participate with employers to publicize Tet salary and bonus payment plans at least 20 days before Tet holiday; supervise the implementation of Tet salary and bonus payments, working conditions, working hours, rest time, overtime work; ensure adequate rights for union members, workers, overtime workers, overtime workers, and working during Tet.
Coordinate and propose to employers to organize "Trade Union Year-end Meal", lucky money activities to celebrate the New Year, welcome union members and workers to return to work after Tet holiday to continue working and producing at agencies, units, and enterprises.

In addition, the Provincial Labor Federation also organizes many practical care activities, in coordination with culture, sports... to bring union members, workers, and laborers complete emotions of being cared for both materially and spiritually. Accordingly, organize the "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Party Gratitude" Program in 2026 at 4 Industrial Parks and Clusters; the "Trade Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" Program.
At the same time, organizing visits, giving gifts, encouraging, and wishing employees to stay at units and businesses to work, produce, and do business during Tet; visiting the workforce working on New Year's Eve; visiting workers in self-managed workers' boarding houses who do not have the conditions to return to their hometowns for Tet.
Especially requesting relevant departments and units to expedite surveys to advise on organizing bus trips to pick up and drop off union members and workers belonging to policy families who have not had the conditions to return to their hometowns for Tet for many years.
The Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation requests departments and grassroots trade unions when deploying Tet care activities to be associated with activities to celebrate the Party and welcome Spring; to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress, term 2026 - 2031, the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031 and Trade Union Congresses at all levels.
