To ensure the best service for people's travel needs, bus stations in Hanoi have planned to increase trips, increase operating frequency, and at the same time coordinate with functional forces to ensure security and order, and traffic safety.

According to forecasts, the peak travel time will fall in the afternoon of December 31st and the morning of January 1st, 2026. Meanwhile, My Dinh Bus Station is expected to serve about 20,000 passengers/day; Gia Lam Bus Station will also increase slightly, estimated at about 6,000 - 8,000 passengers/day.

At the same time, it requests transport units to strictly comply with regulations on vehicle technical safety, drivers' working conditions and passenger transport service quality.

In addition, ticket price management is also tightened. Transport businesses are only allowed to sell tickets at new prices after fully implementing public and clear declaration and listing so that passengers can grasp before buying tickets.

According to driver Le Manh Hong (running the Vinh Loc (Thanh Hoa) - Giap Bat (Hanoi) route), although the number of passengers increased and trips had to be increased, the bus company still maintained the ticket price, and at the same time added support services such as drinking water and cold towels to improve service quality.
