Implementing the Party's policy on digital transformation, in the past time, the Party Cell of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) has promoted the application of information technology in Party building work, gradually innovating the content and methods of activities in a modern and effective direction.
The highlight is the organization of Party cell activities in a direct form combined with online activities between two bridge points, suitable for the two-level trade union model.
This approach not only ensures full participation of party members but also saves time and costs, while still maintaining the principles and order of Party activities.
Along with that, the Party Cell puts the Electronic Party Member Handbook and digital platforms into regular activities. Before each meeting, programs, reports, draft resolutions and related documents are digitized and sent in advance for party members to study.
Thanks to this, the activity time focuses on discussing key issues, promoting democracy and improving the quality of contributions.
The application of digital technology also helps party members proactively study and thoroughly grasp resolutions and directives of the Central Government and the province through the Electronic Party Member Handbook and online learning platforms.
The content is presented in images, diagrams, infographics, video illustrations, creating visualization, easy access and improving the effectiveness of absorption.
In parallel with that, the Party Cell promotes the use of electronic document management systems, digital signatures and operating software. Dossiers, resolutions, and activity minutes are stored in a digital environment, making management, lookup, and inspection convenient, while reducing the use of paper documents.
To date, 100% of Party cell members use the Electronic Party Member Handbook; all documents serving activities are digitized.
Direct and online meetings are organized in accordance with regulations, contributing to shortening work processing time and improving the efficiency of coordination between departments.
