On the morning of July 21, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Nha Trang ward organized a conference to thoroughly grasp and deploy the work of consolidating the Head of the Front Work Committee and branches and unions in residential groups in the area.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward thoroughly grasped the purpose and requirements of consolidation work to create unity in awareness and action in the Front system, socio-political organizations and mass associations.
At the same time, the conference clarified the process, authority and progress of personnel consolidation, ensuring synchronization with the work of consolidating Party cell committees and neighborhood group leaders.
Delegates were also guided and answered about difficulties and obstacles related to personnel work, dossiers and conference organization procedures at the grassroots level.
According to the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Nha Trang ward, personnel consolidation is implemented according to the Project of the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee, with the goal of striving for 100% of Heads of Front Work Committees to participate in Party cell committees.
The conference also provided specific guidance on personnel standards and procedures for consolidation in accordance with regulations, ensuring publicity, democracy and compliance with the charter of each organization.
Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Nha Trang ward requested the Front Work Committee of residential areas, member organizations and related units to proactively coordinate with the Party Committee of the Party cell, and urgently implement personnel consolidation steps according to the roadmap.
Thereby, contributing to consolidating the organization and improving the quality of operation of the political system in residential areas, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period.
