According to a report from the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation from January 12-16, the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation attended many important conferences of the Central and local levels, focusing on contents on personnel work, election preparation, coordination of the Front and summarizing activities in 2025.
Notably, the Party Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to summarize Party building work in 2025 and contribute to the draft Resolution on tasks for 2026. As a result, the Provincial Labor Federation Cell was ranked "Excellently completed tasks" in 2025 by the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Long province.
In addition, the Conference to summarize trade union activities in 2025 was organized in a direct combined online format in three areas of Vinh Long, Tra Vinh and Ben Tre, with more than 500 delegates who are trade union officials at all levels participating.
On this occasion, the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation awarded 6 Emulation Flags and 24 Certificates of Merit to grassroots trade unions with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good labor and building strong trade union organizations.
Along with Party building work, inspection, supervision, finance, labor law propaganda, preparation for the 2026 workers' conference and Tet care for union members continue to be deployed synchronously, contributing to stabilizing labor relations in the province.
