Speaking at the congress, the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the Trade Union Executive Committee in the past time. At the same time, he suggested that the Executive Committee of the new term union should continue to promote the achievements, proactively innovate the content and methods of operation to meet the actual situation and requirements, especially in representation work, care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members through the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations; innovate the forms and content of propaganda work, launch patriotic emulation movements among cadres, civil servants and workers in accordance with the characteristics and situation of the unit.
After a morning of urgent, serious, democratic work, focusing on high responsibility, the first Hiep Hoa Commune Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, completed the content and program set out and achieved great success.
The Congress focused on discussing and approving important documents: Summary report on evaluating the results of trade union activities in the past time; deciding on directions, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term; report on reviewing the leadership and direction of the Trade Union Executive Committee; discuss and contribute opinions to the Draft Documents of the superior trade union and approve the Congress Resolution.
The Congress heard the announcement of the decision to appoint 10 comrades to the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, 3 comrades to the Inspection Committee of the Commune Trade Union, term I, 2025-2030 and 13 comrades to join the delegation to attend the 1st Congress of the Bac Ninh Provincial Trade Union, term 2025-2030.
