Decree 103/2025/ND-CP stipulates a number of policies for core defense industry establishments, core security industry establishments and regimes and policies for employees in core defense industry establishments, core security industry establishments.
In which, the content of health care for employees is based on Article 13.
Article 13. Health care for workers
1. Ensure the conditions and regulations of the law on occupational safety and hygiene, including: First aid, emergency, management, and primary health care at the health care of agencies and units; epidemic hygiene and prevention, ensuring food safety; occupational hygiene and prevention of occupational diseases.
2. Receive a health check-up at least once a year; for workers in arduous, toxic, dangerous or especially arduous, toxic, dangerous working environments, they are examined once every 6 months according to the provisions of the law on occupational safety and hygiene. The examination fee and examination list are according to the standards and norms of the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security.
3. The state budget supports the following subjects according to the provisions of Clause 1 and Clause 2 of this Article:
a) Officers, professional soldiers, defense workers, defense officials at core defense industry facilities;
b) People working in key defense industry establishments producing products and equipment for key activities;
c) Salary-paying officers and non-commissioned officers, police workers at core security industrial facilities;
d) Contract workers arranged according to the national defense and security production line.
4. The cost of ensuring health care for employees not specified in Clause 3 of this Article is considered a reasonable and valid cost and is deducted from corporate income tax.
