Article 12 of Circular 19/2025/TT-BQP (effective from 11.4.2025) stipulates how to calculate the policy of resignation for workers, officials, workers, people working in the Cipher organization of the Government Cipher Committee working at agencies and units under the direct impact of the organizational structure of the apparatus:
(1) Defense workers, defense officers, officials, people working in the Cipher organization of the Government Cipher Committee, the contract of salary contracts from the state budget specified in Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4 and Clause 5, Article 2 of Circular 19/2025/TT-BQP with the age of 2 years or more than the instruction age at Point a, Point b, Clause 5, Article 5 of Circular 19/TT-BQP The retirement conditions and not eligible for retirement regime before the age prescribed in Article 7 of Decree 178/2024/ND-CP, when being decided by the competent authority to resign, the policies and regimes prescribed in Article 10 of Decree 178/2024/ND-CP; In particular, the severance allowance for the number of months of working with compulsory social insurance, a one -time allowance for the number of years of work with compulsory social insurance is guided, as follows: as follows:
- severance allowance for the number of months of work with compulsory social insurance payment is implemented according to the instructions in Point a, Clause 1, Article 10 of Circular 19/2025/TT-BQP.
- One-time allowance for the number of years of work with compulsory social insurance payment is implemented according to the instructions in Point b, Clause 1, Article 10 of Circular 19/2025/TT-BQP.
(2) The object specified in (1) has been entitled to a severance allowance prescribed in Article 10 of Decree 178/2024/ND-CP shall not enjoy the severance allowance specified in Decree 19/2022/ND-CP; Decree 32/2013/ND-CP; Decree 115/2020/ND-CP; Decree 145/2020/ND-CP.
