On October 30, Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Ha - Member of the Presidium, Deputy Head of the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor said that the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor issued a Plan to organize the online "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" Program ( all-time program).
Accordingly, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will provide financial support through electronic shopping vouchers (e-vouchers) for union members to buy goods and consumer products on the official website (address: https://chotet.congdoan.vn/) or the application on the Program's smart devices (on IOS or Android operating system).
Expected time to organize the Program: From 0:00 on December 20, 2025 to 24:00 on February 3, 2026 (from 0:00 on November 1 to 24:00 on December 16, At Ty 2025).
The beneficiaries participating in the Program are union members in the Vietnam Trade Union system, with outstanding achievements in labor and production, actively participating in activities organized by the union; union members in difficult circumstances and low income.
200,000 workers will be supported to participate in the Program, with a support level of VND500,000/person.
Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Ha provided information on how to receive support and buy goods and products:
- Step 1: Issuing e-voucher for union members
Provincial and municipal Labor Federations, central industry unions, economic group unions and general corporation unions under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor select union members eligible for support according to the allocated quantity, make a list, and send it to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor issues e-vouchers to union members according to the request list (attached to the registered phone number).
- Step 2: Union members buy goods and products
Union members are granted an e-voucher by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to buy goods and products on the official website (address: https://chotet.congdoan.vn/) or an application on the Program's smart device during the Program.
- Step 3: Union members receive purchased goods and products.
According to the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, provincial and municipal labor federations, central industry unions, economic group unions and general corporation unions under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor need to actively propagate the goals, significance and activities of the Program in local newspapers and radio stations and in the system to union members who are supported by the Program.
Based on the number of union members and union officials supporting union members participating in the Program, the Union members and union officials under the management of the program are allocated, reviewed, and selected, and a list of support requests is made to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (through the Labor Relations Department and a soft copy sent to the email address: quanhelaodongtld@gmail.com) before November 15, 2025.
- Research documents guiding the purchase of goods and products at the Program; establish groups, points, arrange personnel to guide and support union members to purchase goods and products at the Program.
Grassroots trade unions have union members supported
- Based on the number of people supported according to the allocation of the superior trade union, make a list of grassroots trade union officials participating in supporting union members in purchasing goods (maximum not exceeding 10 people/grassroots trade union), a list of union members eligible to receive support, send it to the superior trade union for synthesis.
- Enter the information of grassroots union officials participating in supporting union members to purchase goods, union members eligible for support from their unit on the official website of the Program at: https://chotet.congdoan.vn/.
- Arrange the area for receiving goods and products purchased successfully by union members at a suitable location at the Company for the transporting unit to deliver goods; register the common goods and products receiving address and phone number of the union staff who purchased goods together and received goods together for all union members supported by the unit (if needed and agreed by the union members)...
