Director of the raw material warehouse department and Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union Le Vo Huu Hanh has been associated with Freeview Industrial Co., Ltd. (Tan Huong Industrial Park) - a business with a scale of over 21,000 workers - since 2003, so it has the advantage of deeply understanding production activities as well as workers' lives. This helps him easily grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers, thereby making appropriate proposals in the process of dialogue and negotiation.

In the context of the period 2023 - 2025 being affected by economic fluctuations and orders, Mr. Hanh and the Trade Union Executive Committee proactively maintain periodic dialogues 2 times/month. The content focuses on practical issues such as salaries, overtime, working hours - rest, occupational safety and health and welfare. Many recommendations have been received and resolved promptly, limiting the emergence of grievances, creating consensus in the working collective.

Impressions in collective bargaining

One of Mr. Hanh's outstanding highlights is his leading role, coordinating with the Board of Directors in negotiating and signing the 2026 Collective Labor Agreement with 15 clauses, many of which are more beneficial than legal regulations" - Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Chairman of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Thap - shared.

The agreement not only ensures the stability of basic rights as prescribed by law but also expands practical welfare policies: Workers are considered for 2 salary increases/year, are rewarded for output, support for living 400,000 VND/month, childcare allowance, holiday and Tet bonuses and 13th month salary.

In particular, the gold seniority gift regime for long-term employees has created great motivation, encouraging personnel stability. It is estimated that the total value benefited from the Agreement in the period 2023 - 2025 is up to about 500 billion VND - a figure clearly showing the effectiveness of collective bargaining.

Not only stopping at dialogue and signing collective labor agreements, Mr. Hanh also focused and skillfully transformed propaganda work, raising legal awareness for workers through many forms such as conferences, internal communication, and technology application.

Mr. Hanh also actively trained skills for the team of Trade Union officials, helping to improve the quality of dialogue at the grassroots level. With the motto "listen to act", he and the Trade Union organization promptly participated in resolving arising conflicts, preventing complex collective labor disputes. Thanks to that, the proportion of Trade Union members at enterprises always maintains above 99%, reflecting the firm belief of workers in the organization.
