Creativity in propaganda work
Ms. Truong Thi Kim Tuyen transferred to Nguyen Trai High School in 2013. As an IT teacher, she always completed her assigned tasks excellently. In 2023, Ms. Tuyen was introduced to join the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and was elected to hold the position of President of the grassroots Trade Union.
As a dedicated and responsible union president, Ms. Tuyen not only stands out in her expertise but also demonstrates her dedication to union work. The union president is always close to and understands the aspirations of union members, deeply sympathizing with their work and life. Thanks to that understanding, she makes reasonable suggestions and recommendations to the school's Board of Directors, contributing to protecting the legitimate rights of workers.
In addition, Ms. Tuyen also demonstrates creativity in propaganda and education work with a variety of content and forms, bringing useful messages to all cadres, employees and teachers. Since becoming the union president, she has created the Facebook page "Nguyen Trai School's Grassroots Union" and taken on the role of editor of the union newsletter, regularly updating practical information, raising awareness and political capacity of union members.

Understand the aspirations of union members
Although she has just taken on the position of union president, Ms. Tuyen has been constantly creative in organizing union activities. The most prominent program is “Spring Sharing”, a meaningful initiative, calling on the school union to join hands to support colleagues in difficult circumstances, bringing joy and warmth during the Tet holiday.
With the thought that all workers should enjoy a full and warm Tet holiday with their families, and no one should be left behind, during the Lunar New Year 2024, Ms. Pham Thi Hanh, an employee under a contract (later a labor contract according to Decree 111/2022/ND-CP of the Government), received support of more than 11 million VND from the Nguyen Trai High School Trade Union.
Ms. Pham Thi Hanh is a new employee of the school, renting a house to live and work, receiving a meager salary under a contract regime. According to regulations, Ms. Hanh is not entitled to receive additional income at the end of the year, so she has a difficult time during Tet. Understanding this situation, Ms. Tuyen informed the school's union executive committee, calling for the spirit of mutual love and support from everyone.
It is the love and sharing of all union members that brought Ms. Hanh joy and warmth. This meaningful activity is a clear demonstration of the grassroots union's thoughtful care for the material and spiritual life of workers. Thanks to that, the spirit of workers is more steadfast, ready to overcome difficulties, excellently complete assigned tasks and especially have faith in the Union organization.
In the last school year, Nguyen Trai High School's Trade Union was ranked as Excellent in Completing its Tasks by the Trade Union and ranked Third in the entire education sector of the province. This is a testament to the continuous efforts of the school's Trade Union and Ms. Truong Thi Kim Tuyen.
