The conference was attended by representatives of the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province, leaders of the Labor Federation and representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
Organizing the collection of opinions on the Draft Documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor has compiled more than 15 thousand contributions of profound and enthusiastic opinions, demonstrating the high consensus and constructive spirit of cadres, union members and workers in the province.
At the conference, there were 12 presentations from cadres, union members and employees who contributed to the contents related to the working class and the Trade Union organization.
The opinions proposed to revise, supplement and propose solutions to promote lifelong learning, build a learning society in the developing world, contribute to improving the quality of human resources, as well as building a modern and strong working class in the coming time.
At the same time, propose innovative solutions, improve the quality of the patriotic emulation movement, arouse pride, creativity and pioneering spirit of union members and employees, contributing to building a strong and prosperous country in the new era.
In addition, opinions also emphasized the need to innovate thinking in caring for workers' lives and ensuring social justice. At the same time, build and develop a culture of workers and a culture of enterprises in the coming time.
Concluding the conference, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Hai Long highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, seriousness, urgency, democracy and science of cadres, union members and employees in studying and contributing opinions on the Draft Documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor also suggested that all levels of the province's Trade Unions need to continue to innovate, operate more effectively and flexibly, focus on the grassroots, and take union members and workers as the center.
