Cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers who are subject to mobilization, rotation, secondment or assigned to work in communes and wards in the province, with a distance from their place of residence to the headquarters of 25km or more (calculated according to the shortest road).

Supported with 1.2 million VND/person/month. The support period is 8 months, starting from November 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. The implementation funding source is guaranteed from the provincial budget, with a total estimated cost of about 31 billion VND.

This policy is issued to facilitate the travel of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers, ensuring the maintenance of work efficiency and stabilization of the administrative apparatus after the reorganization.

At the same time, support provincial-level cadres to be mobilized to the grassroots level, contributing to ensuring sufficient professional human resources for commune and ward levels according to the policy of the Politburo and the Secretariat.

The issuance of a policy to support direct travel costs in cash is considered a flexible solution, suitable for reality, helping each cadre, civil servant, public employee and worker proactively choose means and travel time, contributing to improving work efficiency and stabilizing life.
