Ms. Nguyen Thu Huong, born in 1979, is currently a lecturer, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of the Faculty of Vocational Education - Central Pedagogical College.
In 22 years of work, Ms. Huong has achieved many successes in her career of "cultivating people". Even happier, she has a "10 points" family with 2 obedient children and a husband who is often away from home due to the nature of his work but always wholeheartedly supports his wife.
Over the past time, Ms. Huong has been the editor-in-chief, participating with the author group in implementing 3 scientific research topics that have been accepted at the grassroots and ministerial levels; 3 books have been published; 3 articles published in journals. In 2025, she is a grassroots-level emulation soldier; her family achieved the title "Exemplary Learning Family in 2023"...
Ms. Huong said that in her profession, she is always actively studying, improving her qualifications and abilities to perform well her assigned work, responsibilities, and tasks.
In particular, as a concurrent official in trade union work in many terms, she has always been exemplary in leading mass movements, constantly striving to learn from experience, trying to do well in her responsibilities and duties, and always being trusted and trusted by the collective.
I am always conscious of cultivating moral qualities and working style; have a spirit of solidarity and cooperation to help union members and workers in work as well as trade union activities," Ms. Huong said.
In addition to success in her career and family, Ms. Huong is also a model mother and wife, wholeheartedly devoted to her husband and children.
I always love, care for and nurture my family and am responsible to the family members, from elderly parents, siblings to husbands and children, and always strive to become a model child, sister, wife, mother, keeping the fire burning for the family to always be warm and happy," Ms. Huong shared.
According to teacher Huong, her husband works in the army and often has to go on business trips far from home, performing duties in border areas, but always pays attention and encourages her. Her husband and wife support each other in work, arrange family life, take care of elderly and weak parents, and take care of their children's academic progress.
In 5 years (from 2021-2025), Ms. Huong's family has been recognized as "Cultural Family" at their place of residence; actively participating in local emulation movements; building harmonious, prosperous, progressive, and happy families; having a spirit of mutual affection, helping the community, actively participating in volunteer movements...
Ms. Huong's greatest happiness is that her two sons have been excellent students for many consecutive years, trained well, participated in exams and won many international and national medals, city-level, district-level, and school-level certificates of merit... "My two sons are diligent, striving in their studies and achieving many high achievements, which is happiness and motivation for me to strive and my husband to feel secure in his work," Ms. Huong said.
Ms. Huong added that in the process of working, trade unions and professional departments at the same level always accompany employees in the working process; organizing many practical and meaningful movements and activities, sharing and connecting union members in the unit, she herself always feels encouraged and motivated to strive.
