Teacher Nguyen Thi Bich Dao (born in 1992) is a computer science teacher at Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted, Ninh Binh province, who was just elected as a delegate to the 16th National Assembly. Ms. Bich Dao is one of the young delegates elected.
Sharing about her feelings when being elected as a National Assembly Deputy of the 16th term, Ms. Bich Dao said that she is very honored and proud to receive the trust of voters. At the same time, she is clearly aware of her great responsibility and will make more efforts to be worthy of the trust that voters have placed.

Before becoming a National Assembly delegate, Ms. Bich Dao was known as a dynamic and dedicated teacher to the profession. In 12 years of teaching at Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted, Ms. Bich Dao has been assigned for many consecutive years to be in charge of training the team of excellent students in Informatics to participate in provincial and national exams, especially the Office Informatics Championship team.
The team led by Ms. Bich Dao achieved many impressive achievements, with 4 first prizes and 12 second prizes at the national level at the Office Informatics Championship; along with 2 second prizes, 2 third prizes at the provincial level. Notably, 4 students who won the first prize at the national level were selected to participate in the world finals in the US, including 2 students who won bronze medals.
From those contributions and contributions, Ms. Bich Dao has received many Certificates of Merit from the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee (old). In the 2021-2022 school year, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, she was awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Education and Training.

In the teaching process, she always focuses on innovating methods, applying information technology to lectures, helping students access knowledge more visually and vividly. In addition, in the action program for candidacy, Ms. Bich Dao aims to propose to improve policies to promote digital education, innovate the curriculum, and help students have a solid foundation of digital skills and professional skills.
In the coming time, in her capacity as a National Assembly delegate, Ms. Bich Dao said that she will actively participate in contributing and perfecting policies and laws related to protecting the rights and interests of women and children. At the same time, she pays special attention to building solutions to ensure safety in cyberspace, strengthening online fraud prevention and control; thereby contributing to digital transformation to truly become a platform to improve the quality of life and maintain peace for each family.
