On September 18, Mr. Nguyen Phu Hieu - Director of Dong Thap Employment Service Center - said that the unit is implementing the selection of male workers to work in Taiwan (China) by direct recruitment method, without intermediaries. Recruits are signed contracts with a basic salary of 29,500 Taiwan dollars/month, equivalent to about 24 million VND, excluding overtime pay.
Notably, workers participating in the program do not have to pay sending fees. This fee is supported by the employer after the worker enters the country.
The recruitment positions include technical staff and operation staff. The main tasks are related to operation, arrangement, maintenance of machinery; product quality inspection, packaging and production reporting.
Candidates are males aged 18 to 38, with a high school diploma or equivalent; knowing Chinese communication; having experience in operating and maintaining machines and basic computer knowledge.
Workers must meet the health requirements of the recruitment program. For those who have worked in Taiwan (China) and have returned home, it is required not to violate the law during their previous residence.
Recruits are arranged dormitories by the company. Overtime pay is calculated outside the basic salary according to regulations and agreements in the contract.
Dong Thap Employment Service Center accepts applications until the end of September 30, 2026. Workers who need to register to submit applications directly at the Labor Supply Department - Dong Thap Employment Service Center for advice and procedure guidance.
The Center recommends that employees contact the unit directly to learn about the program, avoid going through individuals or intermediary organizations that are not authorized, incurring extra-regulation costs.
