Can you tell us about the new markets that Colab has successfully negotiated and signed labor supply contracts in 2025?
Mr. Dang Huy Hong: In February 2025, Colab signed 3 labor supply contracts with partners in Japan and the Federal Republic of Germany.
The Hand in Hand for International Talents program, signed with DIHK Service GmbH CHLB Germany (Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry), selects workers who have graduated from the culinary industry and restaurant and hotel management from the mid-level system and above.
The program to work in CHLB Germany as a nursing assistant signed with Vivantes Co., Ltd. - Forum for the Elderly CHLB Germany, recruiting graduates in nursing from public colleges and universities with nursing practice certificates.

The surgeon skills internship program in Japan signed with the We are Asian Japan Non-Profit Association, selects workers who have graduated in nursing from the intermediate level or higher.
In the coming time, Colab will continue to seek and sign contracts to supply skilled labor with partners in developed countries and markets. This orientation is not only to find good jobs abroad for workers, but through that, workers will be trained in vocational skills, foreign languages, improve their skills and experience, and be a high-quality labor source to provide the domestic job market after the expiration of their labor contracts.
Compared to before, workers working under Colab's Non-Profit Programs have more opportunities to choose countries/working markets; what are the income opportunities?
Mr. Dang Huy Hong: From 2025, Colab is assigned to implement 8 Programs with partners from Korea, Japan, Australia, the Federal Republic of Germany and Taiwan (China).
In addition to some traditional programs such as the EPS Program in Korea, the IM Japan Program in Japan has been implemented for 20 years and only recruits unskilled workers, now the opportunities have expanded, especially the recruitment programs for skilled workers working in the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan with good income. Job positions such as food processing have a salary of over 2,000 EUR; nursing assistant has a salary of over 3,000 EUR... and is fully covered by insurance and benefits.
Right from the EPS Program, which only recruits unskilled workers, we have now negotiated with the Korean side to recruit workers in the welding and molding industry. In 2025, the Korean side will give Vietnam more than 1,000 targets - the most among the countries sending the EPS Program.
The successful negotiation and signing of supply contracts with partners in early 2025 is a very good sign of opening up attractive job opportunities with good income for Vietnamese workers. This is reflected in some aspects:
Firstly, these are all labor dispatch programs to developed countries, where workers have the opportunity to work in the professions they have been trained in in in a professional and modern environment, with opportunities for promotion.
Second, these are programs that are almost free, workers only have to pay small administrative expenses, secondment... Workers have job opportunities with good income, equivalent to local people in the same position.
Third, after returning home, these workers can easily integrate into the domestic job market with attractive income.
What message do you have to share with workers who want to find jobs abroad through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through through?
Mr. Dang Huy Hong: Colab's programs are implemented in a non-profit form, the cost of sending is very low, some programs are also received by partners, employers support training, accommodation costs... so they are especially suitable for workers in mountainous areas, poor districts, coastal communes and policy beneficiaries.
Employees participating in the Colab Program need to pay attention to the following issues:
Carefully study information about the Programs being implemented by the Center regarding conditions, standards...
Develop a clear orientation on the market and profession you want to work in in accordance with your wishes and abilities as well as your employment plan after returning home to make the most of your experience, skills, and foreign languages.
Colab's programs are publicly announced on the Center's website and mass media. Colab only receives applications directly from employees who do not receive them through intermediary organizations/individuals (except for the EPS Program that receives registration and application through the locality).
Thank you for the interview!
