Colonel Truong Son Lam suggested that the new Deputy Director of the Provincial Police continue to promote his capacity, strengths, expertise, professionalism and work experience to unite with the Standing Committee and the Provincial Police Department to uphold his responsibility, focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of the resolutions and plans set forth by the Provincial Police Party Committee.

On the same day, March 7, Lai Chau Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision on personnel work.

Authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Lai Chau Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce and present the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Khoang Van Thuong - Chief of the Office of the Investigation Police Agency (Provincial Police) - to hold the position of Deputy Director of Lai Chau Provincial Police.

Speaking on receiving the assignment, Lieutenant Colonel Khoang Van Thuong - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police - pledged to continue to make efforts, promote work experience, unite with the collective leadership, officers and soldiers of Lai Chau Provincial Police, closely coordinate with units and localities to effectively deploy all aspects of work, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Viet Giang - Director of Lai Chau Provincial Police - hoped that in his new position, the Lieutenant Colonel would continue to promote his mettle, sense of responsibility, and solidarity with the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department to direct all forces to successfully complete assigned tasks, maintaining security and order in the area.

Also this week, on March 3, in Tay Ninh, Tay Ninh Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Nguyen Van Trai - Director of Tay Ninh Provincial Police - presented the decision of the Minister of Public Security to Lieutenant Colonel Le Trung Ai - Head of Tay Ninh City Police and Lieutenant Colonel Le Van Thuan - Head of the Personnel Organization Department, Tay Ninh Provincial Police, both holding the position of Deputy Director of Tay Ninh Provincial Police.

Speaking at the decision announcement ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Van Trai congratulated the two Deputy Directors of the Provincial Police who have just been appointed by the Minister of Public Security. Requesting Lieutenant Colonel Le Van Thuan and Lieutenant Colonel Le Trung Ai to promote their professional capacity, together with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of Tay Ninh Provincial Police to effectively lead and direct the assigned tasks.

Also at the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Nguyen Van Trai presented the decision to reappoint Colonel Tran Van Luan to the position of Deputy Director of Tay Ninh Provincial Police until retirement age.
