7 initiatives and solutions in 2 years

Also from that sense of responsibility plus eagerness to learn, in just 2 years 2024 - 2025, Mr. Ho Quang Sinh has researched, proposed and participated in implementing 7 initiatives and technical solutions, including 2 initiatives at the Vietnam Electricity Group level, 1 initiative at the Power Generation Corporation 3 level and 4 initiatives at the Phu My Thermal Power Company level. In which, in 2025 alone, Mr. Sinh has 6 initiatives and implemented the topic "Research on building virtual assistants to support the operation of Phu My 1 Power Plant".
Sharing about the company-level initiative: "Solution for analyzing monthly operating parameters of Phu My 1 Power Plant" - one of the initiatives in 2025, Mr. Sinh said that stemming from the reality of seeing the benefits of artificial intelligence (AI), he built an AI model to analyze, detect early abnormalities, and build applications with intuitive interfaces and charts.
The economic and technical efficiency achieved is shortening the time to collect, synthesize and analyze parameters compared to traditional methods; promptly detecting abnormalities and proposing relevant parameters for quick processing. Especially with this initiative, the unit has applied AI and databases to operation, optimized technical management and improved production efficiency...
Initiatives that bring profit to themselves
Born in 1995, Ho Quang Sinh's advantage is youth. But above all is responsibility, passion and a correct understanding of the role of science and technology in work. "No matter what position we are in, we can create value with practical actions, useful initiatives and sincere support for colleagues" - Mr. Sinh said.
Another message from Mr. Sinh is that workers should proactively innovate, apply science and technology and artificial intelligence to improve productivity, ensure labor safety and contribute to the development of the unit and the country. The success of the collective is created from the efforts, discipline and responsibility of each worker.
According to Mr. Sinh, initiatives with technology application will increase productivity, bring benefits to businesses and the initiative maker himself will also increase income in accordance with the spirit of the emulation movement "Good Labor - High Productivity - Good Income".
In 2026, Mr. Sinh was sent to Korea to receive and transfer technology to serve the company's development.
