On August 26, Mr. Vu Tri Hai - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee - and a working delegation of the Provincial Labor Federation led by Mr. Thach Van Chung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation - visited, encouraged and presented gifts to union members and workers at Vina Hanhee Co., Ltd.
Vina Hanhee Co., Ltd. is a business operating in the field of manufacturing export garments, established in 2013, currently creating stable jobs for many workers in the locality.
In the process of operation, the enterprise always pays attention to implementing regimes and policies, taking care of the lives of workers. Recently, due to the impact of storm No. 4, Vina Hanhee Co., Ltd.'s entire 1st floor of the factory area was flooded.
Although the production machinery and equipment system was not damaged, the enterprise had to temporarily dismiss all workers for 3 days to overcome the consequences, clean the factory, directly affecting the production progress and the implementation of export orders.

Faced with the difficulties of businesses and workers, provincial leaders and the Provincial Labor Federation cordially inquired, shared, and encouraged union members and workers to continue to strive to overcome difficulties, stabilize their psychology, and feel secure to return to work; and at the same time acknowledged the proactive spirit of businesses in overcoming the consequences and soon bringing production activities back to normal.
On this occasion, the working delegation presented 170 gifts to union members and workers affected by natural disasters.
Each gift includes 500,000 VND in cash from the support of the Provincial Labor Federation and in-kind gifts sponsored by Vietnam Bank for Investment and Development (BIDV) and Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) Bac Giang Branch.
The activities of visiting and timely support from leaders at all levels and trade union organizations are a practical source of encouragement, helping union members and workers overcome difficulties after natural disasters, and at the same time demonstrate the role of the Trade Union in accompanying businesses, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
