Attending the conference were Mr. Tong Van Bang - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Mr. Nguyen Thang Thuc - Member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor;
Mr. Tran Huy Phuong - Deputy Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Council; along with leaders of departments, agencies, branches, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province; former leaders of the Provincial Trade Union through various periods; leaders of trade unions at all levels and representatives of union members and typical workers.

After merging the Trade Union organizations of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation quickly consolidated the organizational structure, stabilized operations, promoted the spirit of solidarity and unity, and ensured that all trade union activities were deployed smoothly and effectively.
To date, the Provincial Labor Federation is managing nearly 700,000 union members and workers, being one of the localities with the largest scale of union members and workforce in the country, playing an important role in industrial development, investment attraction and socio-economic development of the province.
In the past year, Trade Union levels have focused on effectively performing the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; actively coordinating with employers to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
The work of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions continues to be concerned; patriotic emulation movements, good labor, creative labor, and union member welfare programs are widely implemented, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of workers and affirming the role and position of the Trade Union organization in the new situation.

Speaking to direct at the conference, Mr. Tran Huy Phuong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and praised the results achieved by the provincial Trade Union levels after a year of operating under the new model.
Mr. Tran Huy Phuong affirmed that in the context of Bac Ninh continuing to strongly develop in industry, attracting more and more businesses and workers, the Trade Union organization needs to continue to affirm its role as a bridge between the Party, government and the working class; as a reliable support for union members and workers.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested Trade Union levels to continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation in a practical and effective direction, taking union members and workers as the center, as the subjects of all activities;
Proactively grasp the grassroots situation, promptly care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; promote dialogue and collective bargaining, improve the quality of collective labor agreements, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises.

At the same time, it is necessary to continue to promote digital transformation in trade union activities; improve the quality of trade union officials at all levels; innovate propaganda and mobilization work, develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions, especially in the non-state enterprise sector; promote the effectiveness of patriotic emulation movements, creative labor, build a modern and strong worker contingent, meeting the requirements of rapid and sustainable development of the province.
Accepting the directions, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation affirmed that they will continue to concretize tasks and solutions suitable to the actual situation;
Build a comprehensively strong Trade Union organization, strongly oriented towards grassroots levels, taking the satisfaction of union members and workers as a measure of operational efficiency; continue to affirm its role as an organization representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
