On May 11, a working delegation led by Mr. Ko Gi Su, Secretary General of the Incheon Regional Office (Korean Trade Union Federation) visited and worked with the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation.
At the working session, the two sides focused on exchanging trade union organization models, activities to care for union members, build harmonious and stable labor relations in enterprises; sharing experiences to support workers in the context of digital transformation and increasingly deep international integration.
Informing the working delegation, Mr. Thach Van Chung, Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation said: "After implementing the policy of arranging provincial-level administrative units, Bac Ninh was newly formed on the basis of merging Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces, opening up a new development space with economic, industrial and human resources scale belonging to the leading group in the country. The whole province currently has about 820,000 workers working in enterprises, playing an important role in the supply chain of electronics, high technology and processing and manufacturing industries.
Along with economic and industrial development, the trade union organization of Bac Ninh province continues to be consolidated in a streamlined and effective direction. Over the past time, trade union levels have synchronously implemented many solutions to care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers. In particular, the work of building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations is identified as a key task in enterprises, especially foreign-invested enterprises".
Mr. Thach Van Chung emphasized that Korea is currently the leading country in the number of investment projects in Bac Ninh. In the process of production and business, Party committees, authorities and trade union organizations always accompany, care for, support, remove difficulties, and create the most favorable conditions for businesses to stabilize and develop.
Mr. Thach Van Chung also highly appreciated the visit and working trip of the Incheon Trade Union Federation to the province. He hoped that after the working session, it would continue to open up new opportunities to exchange and share experiences on trade union activities because South Korea is a developed country with progressive labor relations.
In recent years, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation and the Incheon Trade Union Federation have maintained good cooperative relations through delegation exchange programs, friendly exchanges, sharing trade union operating experiences and models of caring for workers.

In response to the warm welcome of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, Mr. Ko Gi Su congratulated the results achieved by trade union levels in the province in the past time; wishing to strengthen cooperative relations between the two organizations in the coming time. This makes an important contribution to further consolidating cooperative relations between the two countries Vietnam - Korea.

Within the framework of the visit and working trip to Bac Ninh, the Incheon Trade Union Union Union delegation visited Bac Giang Garment Corporation LGG Joint Stock Company, Nghia Hoa Industrial Cluster, Tien Luc commune and Shinsung Vina Co., Ltd., Song Khe - Noi Hoang Industrial Park; learned about the production situation, life, and jobs of workers at enterprises...
