Comrade Le Thi Suong Mai - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, City Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of the city, Chairman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation. Comrade holds a Master's degree in Social Work, Bachelor of Administration, Bachelor of English Language, Senior Political Theory.
