Through this activity, the City Trade Union wishes to spread and replicate the models of good care of employees' lives of units, businesses and typical workers in work, labor, production, contributing to the development of units, businesses and cities. From honor and reward activities to motivate the units, businesses and workers to make more efforts in the work of taking care of employees and the emulation movement.

Outstanding enterprises for employees will be enterprises with grassroots trade unions that are producing and doing business in economic sectors, operating in the city for 5 consecutive years or more and meeting the criteria such as compliance with labor law; ensuring income and life for employees, harmonious and stable labor relations, effective trade union activities, etc.
For trade union members, typical workers, it takes time to work in the city for full 5 years or more, as a member of the Vietnam Trade Union.
