Continuing the 9th session program, the XV National Assembly, on the morning of December 12, Chairman of the National Assembly's Delegate Committee presented the Project of the Law on Amending and Supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies.
The Chairman of the National Assembly's Petition and Supervision Committee presented a report on the review of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies.
Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh presented a report on the shortening of the term of the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.
Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh presented a report on the national election day for the election of 16th National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
The Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court presented the Project of the Law on Amending and Supplementing a number of articles of the Civil Procedure Code, the Law on Administrative Procedure, the Judicial Law Law, the Bankruptcy Law and the Law on Mediation and Dialogue at the Court.
The Chairman of the National Assembly's Legal and Judicial Committee presents a report on the examination of the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Civil Procedure Code, the Law on Administrative Procedure, the Law on Judicial Law, Bankruptcy Law and the Law on Conciliation and Dialogue at the Court.
Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee Phan Van Mai presented a report explaining, accepting and revising the draft Law on Corporate Income Tax (amended).
After listening to the reports, National Assembly deputies discussed in the hall a number of contents with different opinions of the draft Law on Corporate Income Tax (amended).
At the end of the discussion session, the submitting agency and the agency in charge of the review coordinated to explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
On the same afternoon, the National Assembly discussed in groups about:
- Draft Law on Personal Data Protection.
- Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Code of Civil Procedure, the Law on Administrative Procedure, the Law on Juvenile Justice, the Law on Permits and the Law on Conciliation and Dialogue at the Court.
- Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies.
- The shortening of the term of the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.
