Should maintain the online Trade Union Market all year round
The emulation bloc of trade unions of corporations and general companies, including trade unions of Vietnam Airlines, Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation, Vietnam Railway, Vietnam Rubber, Vietnam Maritime Corporation, Vietnam Coal - Mineral Industries, Vietnam National Energy Industry Group, Vietnam Electricity. The preliminary meeting was attended by Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Phan Van Anh.
In reality, in the first 6 months of the year, the trade unions in the Block closely followed the theme of the year's work and practical requirements for each group and corporation to promote their role as representatives, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees. Many trade unions in the bloc have focused on promoting the application of information technology and administrative reform. For example, the Trade Union at all levels of the Vietnam Airlines Corporation Trade Union organized a program to provide support for drinking water purchase to union members and employees working directly at airports, warehouses, and wharves during the hot peak season in 2025 with a total amount of VND 3,640,750,000 for 10,995 people. For the emulation movement, the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union has launched an online contest "Good initiative, share immediately". As a result, the whole system has 1,589 initiatives/solutions of employees from 11 participating trade unions.
The Trade Union of Vietnam National Energy Industry Group has actively implemented the program "Innovation in Oil and Gas".
In the first 6 months of 2025, the system had more than 700 initiatives registered from the unit. From practical activities, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoan - Vice President of the Vietnam Railway Trade Union suggested that the Trade Union should continue to launch emulation in production labor to achieve growth according to the direction of the Prime Minister.
In addition, Mr. Hoan also proposed that the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor should maintain the online Trade Union Market throughout the year because the online Trade Union Tet Market has been successful and has been well received by workers.

In order for trade union activities to continue to meet the new situation, the emulation bloc recommends that the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor consider and arrange the operating model of corporation and general company trade unions with 2 committees. One of the reasons is that the Group Union and the Corporation must still fully perform their functions and tasks (as stipulated in the Trade Union Law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union) with a large volume regardless of the number of union members.
Representatives of some units in the Block recommended that the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor should carefully prepare the policy of arranging the organizational structure and staffing at the general corporation's trade unions with a roadmap and accompanying policies to avoid policy problems when necessary, such as in the case of full-time trade union officials working under the recent professional and technical labor contract regime.
Regarding this issue, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Phan Van Anh emphasized that up to now, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor is still making great efforts to adhere to and handle this issue to ensure the rights of full-time union officials working under professional and technical labor contracts.
According to statistics, there are currently 574 full-time union officials nationwide who have signed professional and technical labor contracts before January 15, 2019, the effective date of Decree 161/2018/ND-CP. Of which, 521 people are working at provincial, municipal and grassroots trade unions, mainly in financial, organizational, propaganda work... These are positions with deep expertise and long-term attachment.
