At the conference, representatives of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) announced Decision No. 118/QD-LDLD dated August 28, 2025 of the Provincial Federation of Labor on the establishment of Hoa Lu Ward Trade Union under the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor and Decision No. 119/QD-LDLDLD on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman of the Hoa Lu Ward Trade Union, term 2023 - 2028.
Accordingly, the Hoa Lu Ward Trade Union was established on September 5, the Executive Committee consists of 15 people and the Standing Committee consists of 5 people.
Ms. Dinh Thi Dao - Chairwoman of the Fatherland Front Committee (FFC) of Hoa Lu Ward - was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Hoa Lu Ward Trade Union, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hung was appointed to hold the position of Vice Chairwoman.
The Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor has handed over 88 grassroots unions with over 9,000 union members to the Hoa Lu Ward Union for management.
This is the first commune-level trade union in Ninh Binh established after the merger of provinces.
According to the project, on this occasion, the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor will establish 23 commune and ward-level unions in the province.
