The Trade Union of INNOFLOW NT Company Limited is a 100% FDI garment enterprise, currently has nearly 5,300 employees with more than 4,700 female employees. The average income of workers is about 8.3 million VND/person/month.
During the 2023-2025 term, the Trade Union has proactively coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to implement collective labor agreements, ensuring full basic rights of union members and employees according to regulations.
100% of workers have signed contracts, fully participated in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and have seriously implemented salary, bonus, periodic salary increase, annual leave and other welfare regimes.
In addition to ensuring stable income, the Company also allocates savings to increase income, incentives and support workers in difficulty.
During the term, the grassroots trade union coordinated with enterprises to spend more than 3.7 billion VND to take care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
Every year, on the occasion of Lunar New Year, Workers' Month and major events, the Trade Union and the Board of Directors organize visits, give gifts, and encourage union members and workers.
With the spirit of mutual love, the Trade Union also mobilizes union members and workers to contribute to support people in flooded areas, buy insurance for the poor, build charity houses... with a total cost of nearly 230 million VND.
Creating more useful playgrounds for union members to develop
Ms. Thuan Thi Nhu Quynh, who has worked at INNOFLOW NT Company Limited for 3 years, shared that in the past time, the company's Trade Union has organized many activities to care for and connect workers very effectively.
Attending the congress, Ms. Quynh expressed her hope that the Executive Committee of the Trade Union in the coming term will continue to organize many cultural and artistic activities, creating a playground for union members to exchange, learn and develop together.
Recognizing the impressive results of the Trade Union of INNOFLOW NT Company Limited, Ms. Tran Thi Huong - Vice President of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor suggested that the congress focus on some operational orientations in the new term.
In particular, it is necessary to innovate activities to build a strong Trade Union organization; improve the quality of negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements with many more beneficial provisions for union members and workers such as 13th month salary, rest time, policies for female workers...
Promote the role of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union in training skills, communication skills, behavior and cultural and spiritual life for workers.
After discussion, the congress approved the targets to strive for in the next 5 years: Every year, 95% or more union members achieve excellent titles; 100% of union members participate in emulation movements, no union members violate discipline or suffer from social evils; introduce at least 5 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration of admission.
On the afternoon of October 31, at Du Long Industrial Park, the Trade Union of INNOFLOW NT Company Limited held the 2nd Trade Union Delegation Congress, term 2025-2030.
The Congress also elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of INNOFLOW NT Company Limited, consisting of 13 people; Ms. Thanh Thi Huong was elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.
