Phan Rang Ward Trade Union has just successfully organized the 1st Ward Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030. The congress was attended by 90 official delegates, representing more than 2,568 union members in Phan Rang ward.

Phan Rang Ward Trade Union was established in September 2025. There are currently 54 grassroots trade unions (CDCS) with 2,581 employees.
Immediately after the establishment of the Ward Trade Union Executive Committee, a draft Working Regulations and a draft program for activities in the last 6 months of 2025 were drafted. Review and grasp the situation of union members and the activities of grassroots unions in the area, guide grassroots unions to organize seal changes according to regulations.
The ward union has also coordinated with unions to organize propaganda on the model of local government at 2 levels, building a civilized urban lifestyle, the "digital education in the civil service" movement, the results of the 1st Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress.

At the 1st Phan Rang Ward Trade Union Congress, delegates determined that in the new context, Phan Rang Ward, after the merger, has many potentials and advantages, but also faces many challenges.
Ward union officials and grassroots unions must constantly improve their sense of responsibility, solidarity, innovation, and creativity, contributing to the locality in building Phan Rang ward into a smart city, the core of South Khanh Hoa, with a high standard of living in harmony and happiness.
The Congress unanimously approved the goals and targets to strive for for the next 5 years. In which, the action slogan is Innovation - Democracy - Solidarity - Development, for the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
In the coming term, Phan Rang Ward Trade Union strives to develop 5% of union members and 90% of workers in non-state trade unions as union members. Every year, each grassroots trade union introduces at least one outstanding union member for the Party to consider, train and admit.
The ward union also set a target of having 60% of non-state enterprise unions organize labor conferences on time; inspect at least 10% of grassroots unions in terms of finance, 10% in terms of compliance with the Vietnam Trade Union Charter; at least 80% of non-state enterprise unions are eligible to establish a Mass Women's Union; participate in 2-3 social supervision and criticism sessions organized by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward...
At the Congress, Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation also announced the Decision to appoint the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, Inspection Committee; Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh Thuy was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of Phan Rang Ward Trade Union, term 2025-2030.
