Khanh Hoa - The demand for recruitment in the locality is increasing sharply, focusing on the fields of industrial processing, manufacturing, automobile repair, motorbikes...

Enterprises increase recruitment demand

In October 2025, Thong Nhat Swimsuits Co., Ltd. (Suoi Dau Industrial Park, Khanh Hoa) needs to recruit 30 workers in the positions of inspection, packaging, sewing, etc.

In addition to the salary and bonus regime, the company also arranges shuttle buses for workers in areas in the province such as Ninh Hoa, Cam Lam, Dien Khanh.

Mr. Nguyen Vuong Anh - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union - said that from now until the end of the year, the enterprise needs to recruit about 300 more workers to meet the demand for orders.

At Suoi Dau Industrial Park, Hai Vuong Company Limited - specializing in seafood processing - is also in need of more than 200 workers to serve production in the last months of the year.

Meanwhile, Phu Khang Phan Rang Company Limited (Thanh Hai Industrial Park, Bao An Ward) needs to recruit about 500 garment workers to expand production scale.

According to the leader of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Employment Service Center, the survey results show that in the fourth quarter of 2025, the labor market in the province recorded a strong recovery in key economic sectors.

The tourism, service, processing - manufacturing and information technology sectors continued to play a leading role in recruitment demand in this quarter.

Labor shortage in high-tech fields

In the first 9 months of 2025, Khanh Hoa province had 2,114 newly established enterprises, an increase of 20.94% over the same period last year, along with nearly 1,000 enterprises returning to operation after a period of suspension.

This improvement has prompted the local labor market to have many positive changes as businesses expand production and business. In the third quarter of 2025 alone, nearly 1,000 businesses registered to need to recruit more than 10,350 workers.

According to statistics from the Khanh Hoa Provincial Employment Service Center, the sectors with high recruitment demand include: Processing - manufacturing industry (accounting for 44.22% of total demand), wholesale, retail and repair of cars and motorbikes (24.48%).

Notably, more than 58% of recruitment positions do not require professional qualifications, mainly concentrated in the unskilled labor group; nearly 67% of businesses do not require work experience.

This shows that the labor market is "thirsty" for human resources, expanding job opportunities for local workers.

However, the high rate of unskilled labor recruitment also reflects the difference in labor structure, when skilled human resources, especially in the high-tech sector, are still lacking.

Khanh Hoa Provincial Employment Service Center forecasts that recruitment demand in the fourth quarter will increase by 5 10% compared to the third quarter, focusing on the following areas: Processing industry - manufacturing, trading and repairing cars, motorbikes, motorbikes and other motor vehicles.

Regarding recruitment qualifications, unskilled workers account for 71.14%, intermediate workers 13.03%, college workers 5.93%, primary school workers 5.19%, and university workers or higher, about 4.71%.

To meet human resource needs in the coming time, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Employment Service Center is stepping up the collection and updating of information on actual recruitment needs at enterprises.

The unit also strengthens the organization of job fairs - both in person and online - to effectively connect labor supply and demand.
