According to the Trade Union of VNPT Corporation (Vietnam Union of Science and Technology), the club is a place to gather, attract, and connect union members and employees working at the Corporation, creating a forum environment for members to share knowledge, experience, and skills, prioritizing technology knowledge and skills, supporting and helping each other develop together. Thereby, contributing to building a digital learning culture, innovative thinking, accompanying the Group's strategic development orientation; improving the quality of human resources to meet the requirements of each job position, and increasing labor productivity.
The content of club activities is organized into 4 groups of content.
Technology knowledge: Together learn, exchange and share technology knowledge, updated information on technology trends, markets in the world and in Vietnam and other related technology aspects.
Career skills and self-development: Connecting, sharing skills and work experience including but not limiting skills to use digital tools for work; skills to build relationships with customers, colleagues, time management skills, teamwork; skills to exploit, process and protect personal data, work data; skills to solve problems, handle crises with digital tools; sharing learning, training, improving qualifications, and promotion opportunities in VNPT.
Physical and mental health: Protecting and improving health, disease prevention, nutrition; psychological and spiritual support when facing high pressure in work and life; organizing talks with health experts; self-discipline to achieve the goals built.
Family and balance of life: Supporting building a family life, sharing difficulties in life; experience in personal financial management, saving, investing; parenting skills, raising children; building family happiness, balancing work - life.
