On January 22, the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation (LDLD) officially awarded the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union (CDCS) of An Phat Nong Trading Co., Ltd. This event marks an important turning point in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at the enterprise.
At the ceremony, the Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to admit 45 union members to the Vietnam Trade Union organization. The Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union was appointed to include 3 members, including Mr. Ngo Trong Hieu - Head of the Communication Department - holding the position of Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union. The Inspection Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union was also established with 3 members, chaired by Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Yen.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Kim Chi - Standing Vice President of Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation - congratulated the union members and requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to soon stabilize the organization and develop regulations to coordinate with the Board of Directors.
Ms. Chi emphasized that the Trade Union needs to perform well the role of representing, caring for life and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights of workers.
On behalf of the Executive Committee, Mr. Ngo Trong Hieu - new Chairman of the Trade Union of An Phat Nong Trading Co., Ltd. - committed to striving to build a strong Trade Union organization. Mr. Hieu affirmed that the Trade Union will be a reliable bridge between workers and businesses, contributing to bringing An Phat Nong Company to sustainable development and constantly improving welfare for union members.
