On January 21, the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with sectors to organize a delegation to visit businesses and give gifts to workers in difficult circumstances at Viet Vuong 3 Trading Co., Ltd.
Informing the delegation, Mr. Phan Van Trung - Secretary of the Party Cell of Viet Vuong 3 Company - said that the enterprise currently has nearly 1,700 employees, with an average salary of about 8 million VND/worker/month.
According to Mr. Trung, regarding the Tet regime, the company pays bonuses to employees equivalent to 1.5 months' salary, along with gifts of about 500,000 VND, and at the same time pays full salary for January 2026 before Tet.
Business leaders thanked the Provincial Party Committee, departments, branches and the Provincial Labor Federation for their concern and support for Trade Union activities, and at the same time reported on the production and business situation in 2025, and the 2026 plan.

Speaking at the working session, Ms. Le Thi Kim Chi - Standing Vice President of Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation - sent New Year greetings of good health and peace to the leaders and union members and workers of the company.
Ms. Kim Chi acknowledged the efforts of businesses in developing production, taking care of jobs, income, and Tet bonuses for workers, and at the same time assessed the attachment and efforts of workers.
The Provincial Labor Federation wishes businesses to develop more sustainably, maintain prestige and brand in the market; wishes union members, workers and families a warm and safe Tet.
At the visit, the working delegation presented 20 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, showing the timely concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization during Tet.
