The Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation has just issued a digital plan on organizing the "Tet Reunion - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" Program in 2026, aimed at caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers during the Binh Ngo Tet.
The program is scheduled to take place at 7:30 am on February 8, 2026 (December 21st of the lunar calendar) at Con Phung Trade Service Tourism Co., Ltd. (Hamlet 10, Phu Tuc commune), with the motto "All union members and workers have Tet".
The program scale is about 800 delegates, including 700 workers from grassroots trade unions in the Vinh Long, old Ben Tre and old Tra Vinh areas. Priority subjects are union members from poor, near-poor households, suffering from terminal illnesses, particularly difficult circumstances or not having the conditions to return home for Tet.
The program includes the Festival part with prize-winning folk games; the Ceremony part with lion dance, arts, reporting on the results of taking care of workers in 2025 and giving Tet gifts to participating workers.
Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation said that the program aims to share difficulties, encourage the spirit of union members and workers during Tet; thereby affirming the companion role of the Trade Union organization with workers.
According to Mr. Linh, the organization of "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" also contributes to creating a warm and cohesive atmosphere, helping workers feel secure at work, stabilize their lives, and continue to stick with businesses after Tet.
