Spreading the spirit of election from the grassroots level
These days, at many grassroots trade unions in Da Nang, the atmosphere towards the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term is becoming vibrant.

One of the impressive activities is a small video made by union members of Anh Binh Minh Kindergarten (under Son Tra Ward Trade Union).
Although it is just a simple communication product, the video has conveyed a clear message about the meaning of the election, arousing the sense of responsibility of each union member.
Through close images and sincere messages, school union members wish to spread the spirit of looking towards the great festival of the country to all union members and workers in the area.
According to representatives of the Son Tra Ward Trade Union, propaganda activities at the grassroots level are being implemented flexibly, in accordance with the actual conditions of each unit. The goal is not only to provide information but also to create a joyful atmosphere, helping union members clearly understand the political significance of the election.
Implementing the direction of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, many local trade unions have proactively organized direct propaganda activities at enterprises. Dai Loc Commune Trade Union is one of the units actively implementing this form.
In recent days, trade union officials have directly visited companies in the area to propagate about the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and the election of People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.
At the meetings, union members and workers were informed about the meaning of the election, the rights and obligations of voters, as well as the responsibility to participate in the country's democratic festival.
In addition, the trade union also mobilized union members to participate in the online contest "Learning about the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels", thereby creating more lively and attractive information access channels.
Online exam creates a lively emulation atmosphere
Not only stopping at direct propaganda sessions, many grassroots trade unions also choose the form of online competition to attract widespread participation of union members.

At Duy Xuyen Regional Health Center (under Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union), an online contest to learn about elections has become a vibrant activity in recent days.
During breaks between shifts or after working hours, many doctors, nurses and medical staff take advantage of using phones or computers to participate in the contest.
According to the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union, all 26 trade union groups of the unit have deployed to mobilize union members to participate, with the goal of striving to achieve 100% of union members responding. This activity not only helps improve understanding of elections but also creates a positive emulation atmosphere in the unit.
At Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, after the launch, union members at grassroots trade unions participated in the contest with a serious and responsible spirit.
The contest becomes an opportunity for union members to learn more deeply about the rights and obligations of citizens in elections, and at the same time contribute to widespread propaganda about the meaning of the great festival of the whole people.
Also responding to this contest, the Trade Union of the Project Management Board of KPH PLGD Hoa Sen Village Vietnam organized propaganda and mobilized union members to participate actively. As a result, 100% of union members and workers at the unit participated in the contest with enthusiasm.
It is noteworthy that the propaganda activity here is not only aimed at trade union members but also spreads to the elderly being cared for at the unit.
Through conversations and sharing, many elderly people have better understood the meaning of the election in the new development context of the country.
At the Binh Minh Underground Engineering Construction Joint Stock Company Trade Union (Son Tra Ward Trade Union), union members after completing the online exam also took "check-in" photos to share on social networks. These simple images have contributed to spreading a positive message about participating in learning about elections.
According to a representative of the company's trade union, participating in the contest not only helps workers grasp information about elections but also creates a joyful atmosphere in the working collective, towards the great festival of the country.
