On March 13, from the center of Dak Lak province to remote, isolated, and particularly difficult areas, flags, flowers, panels, banners, and propaganda slogans were brilliantly displayed, creating a bustling atmosphere before the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.

The content of propaganda focused on emphasizing the meaning and importance of the election; at the same time, calling on voters to promote their right to mastery, actively participate in the election, and select typical delegates who are worthy of representing the will and aspirations of the people.
Ms. Ha Thi Hong (resident of Ia Lop commune) said that these days, all villages and hamlets in the border area are filled with joyful and excited atmosphere. Not only at the commune center, propaganda work is also deployed to each household dozens of kilometers away.
The grassroots loudspeaker system operates regularly, announcing the time and location of the election as well as the rights and obligations of voters" - Ms. Hong said.


Local authorities also coordinate with mass organizations, village elders, and village heads to promote propaganda and mobilize people to participate in the election fully. Roads to villages are hung with red flags and yellow stars, banners, and slogans in both Vietnamese and ethnic languages, creating a joyful and close atmosphere.
Through community activities, people are clearly explained the meaning of the election and guided on how to vote in accordance with regulations.

According to the Dak Lak Provincial Election Commission, localities have completed the review, compilation and listing of voters' lists in accordance with regulations; and at the same time arranged convenient voting areas, ensuring facilities to serve people to exercise their citizens' rights.
Many polling stations are located at village cultural houses, schools or community activities, cleaned up, solemnly decorated with flags, flowers, photos of Uncle Ho and welcome slogans.

With careful preparation from the provincial center to remote and isolated areas, along with the enthusiastic spirit of the people, Dak Lak is ready for the great festival of the whole people - where each ballot sends faith and expectations for the development of the locality and the country in the new term.

The province has announced the official list of 25 candidates for National Assembly deputies of the 16th term in 5 constituencies to elect 15 National Assembly deputies; 141 candidates for Provincial People's Council deputies in 27 constituencies to elect 84 Provincial People's Council deputies of the 11th term, term 2026–2031. The locality has more than 1,500 polling stations.
For the commune level, 102/102 Commune and Ward Election Committees have announced the official list of candidates for People's Council deputies for the 2026–2031 term.
