News from the Hoi An Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on April 22nd said: Gami Hoi An grassroots trade union (under the Hoi An Ward Trade Union) organizes to support Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Ky, currently living in Dong Na Quarter, Hoi An Tay ward, Da Nang city.
Mother Nguyen Thi Ky, whose husband and son both sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, is a typical example of patriotism and noble sacrifice of revolutionary families.
At the ceremony, representatives of the Gami Hoi An grassroots Trade Union presented funding to support Mother with a budget of 1 million VND/month, mobilized from the contributions of union members and workers at the unit. The delegation cordially inquired about Mother's health and daily life, and at the same time wished Mother to always be healthy and live happily with her children and grandchildren.
The activity of receiving and caring for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, launched by the Da Nang City Labor Federation in 2025, demonstrates the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source", which is a meaningful and practical work of the trade union organization in gratitude work, contributing to caring for the lives of policy families and people with meritorious services to the revolution in the area.
