News from Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, Da Nang city on July 25 said: The grassroots Trade Union of Tam Tri Quang Nam General Hospital in coordination with Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union and Nam Phuoc Commune Youth Union organized the program "Trade Union Meals of Gratitude to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers" at the family of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Le Thi Da, Duy Phuoc village, Nam Phuoc commune, to celebrate the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026).
Attending the program were Ms. Lam Thi Vy - Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Phuoc commune, Chairman of the Trade Union of Nam Phuoc commune; Mr. Nguyen Van Thuan - Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Phuoc commune, Secretary of the Youth Union of Nam Phuoc commune; Mr. Nguyen Vinh Khong - Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of Tam Tri Quang Nam General Hospital; along with representatives of hospital leaders, trade union members, youth union members, Party Cells, Village People's Committees, Fatherland Front Work Committees, branches, unions of Duy Phuoc village and Mother's family.
Before organizing the meal, the team of doctors and nurses of Tam Tri Quang Nam General Hospital directly came to the house to visit, advise on health, and guide the family to monitor and care for the Mother in accordance with her current health condition. For diseases that need further treatment, doctors prescribe and guide relatives to the hospital to receive medicine to care for the Mother according to professional instructions.
The highlight of the program is "Trade Union Meal to express gratitude to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers" held right at Mother's house. The simple and cozy meal was prepared by union members of Tam Tri Quang Nam General Hospital, Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, Commune Youth Union and forces in residential areas, creating a close and meaningful atmosphere.
Delegates gathered around Mother, kindly inquired, presented gifts of gratitude and shared everyday stories, so that Mother could feel the concern and care of the community.
The program is a practical activity of the Trade Union of Tam Tri Quang Nam General Hospital in a series of activities to celebrate the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day; and at the same time demonstrates the effective coordination between the Trade Union, Youth Union and local authorities in caring for people with meritorious services to the revolution.
Meaningful and practical actions have contributed to spreading the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source", "Gratitude", promoting the responsibility and spirit of kindness of Trade Union members and youth union members towards Vietnamese Heroic Mothers.
