Ms. Pham Thi Tuyet Nhung - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Yazaki EDS Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Di An Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) just said that the unit has coordinated with the company's board of directors to give Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to workers. The union has presented all 7,000 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to workers and laborers working at the factory in Di An and the factory in Ben Cat in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Trade Union of Yazaki EDS Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that the Mid-Autumn Festival gift is a sincere gratitude to each member, sister, and employee who have been accompanying and constantly contributing to the sustainable development of the company. Thereby, we hope to bring a warm, meaningful, and loving Mid-Autumn Festival to all union members.
In addition, to take care of workers, the Trade Union received the wishes of union members and recommended that the company have completed the investment in the mid-term labor break for workers. The project has a roof to cover the rain and sun. Below is a wooden table system with a mattress. The entire project is invested with about 2.2 billion VND.
Notably, in September 2025, the Trade Union also coordinated with the company to organize a ceremony to honor senior employees, with 183 employees. Of which, 103 employees with 10 years of full-time work will be rewarded with VND2 million each, 43 employees with 15 years of work will be rewarded with VND3.6 million each, and 37 employees with 20 years of work will be rewarded with VND8 million each. This source of income helps workers have more funds to cover their living expenses.
Warm union members' affection with union meals and a cleaner and more beautiful factory space
Meanwhile, at Cua It A Chau Technology Co., Ltd. (Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City), on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Trade Union has made many recommendations to organize activities to care for workers. All recommendations were approved by the company's board of directors. Notably, the Trade Union presented each worker's family with a moon cake.
Each portion of mooncakes is worth 211,000 VND. The company has presented nearly 1,300 cakes to workers. Therefore, I would like to express my gratitude to the workers for their efforts in working in the past time, said Ms. Le Thi Huong, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Cua Tay Aiao Technology Company Limited.
According to Ms. Le Thi Huong, in addition to giving gifts, the Trade Union also recommended organizing warm meals for union members and eating moon cakes with workers. The meal aims to diversify portions, add nutrients, so that workers feel delicious and healthy to participate in production.
In addition, the Trade Union has proposed to the company's board of directors to invest 645 million VND to renovate and upgrade the dining room for workers. The new, airy cafeteria can accommodate about 400 workers at the same time. The project has now been completed and put into operation.
From the proposal of the Trade Union, the company agreed to invest about 800 million VND and arrange space to implement a rest area and entertainment for workers. The unit has used a part of the space next to the dining area to build this project.
Union officials and union members in the company have worked together. The unit has contacted to make bookcases, desks and chairs and order newspapers. Currently, many books about history, culture, and revolution have been displayed in the bookcase at the same time, ordering additional shaking tables, golden tablets, and bid tables. The unit also renovated the surrounding space, arranging tables and chairs for workers.
In the afternoon, workers will have 1 hour off to eat lunch and in the afternoon, workers will have 1 hour off before overtime.
According to Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Cua It Asia Technology Co., Ltd., the unit has gradually proposed that the company's leaders gradually make the factory cleaner and more beautiful, creating a safe working environment for workers.
