Accordingly, the commune trade union recommends that workers and laborers be cautious when sharing and posting information on social networks; do not spread unverified content, avoid causing public confusion and affecting the company's production and business activities.
At the same time, if there are petitions or reflections, employees should go through trade union organizations or official channels to be received and resolved promptly and in accordance with regulations.
Representatives of the Co Le Commune Trade Union added that J.P Company (address in Hai Hau commune, Ninh Binh province) is a branch of D.P Company (address in Minh Thai commune, Ninh Binh province) so it belongs to the Co Le Commune Trade Union.
Previously, to verify information, functional agencies also invited some workers and laborers working at the above company to exchange information about information spread on social networks.
As Lao Dong newspaper reflected earlier, in recent days, social networks have spread information related to workers and laborers working at J.P Company located in Hai Hau commune, Ninh Binh province as follows: "Currently, we are working at the company's packaging and assembly workshop. We are being squeezed and having money embezzled by the management. Even for unpaid leave, we have to pay money to Ms. M, the workshop manager. If we take a day off, the envelope is voluntary and 1 box of milk. Some older and less skilled workers have to pay 5 million VND to extend their contracts... In addition, on her child's birthday, she subtly reminds workers and team leaders to know and give gifts... ".
Regarding the above information, on March 28, in an exchange with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, leaders of the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation said that functional agencies are investigating and clarifying information spread on social networks and verifying Facebook accounts sharing content about the company in Hai Hau commune.
On the same day (March 28), leaders of Hai Hau Commune People's Committee said that the above company has an address in Hai Hau commune, so as soon as they grasped the information, the local government coordinated with relevant parties to clarify the matter.
According to PV's investigation, the Facebook account posting the above information is T.T also posting about some other companies in Ninh Binh province.
