The Ngu Hanh Son Regional Medical Center Trade Union has 20 affiliated trade union groups, with a total of 222/226 union members, civil servants and workers.
Implementing the merger policy, from July 1, 2025, the Ngu Hanh Son Regional Medical Center Trade Union under the Da Nang City Labor Federation will be led and managed by the Ngu Hanh Son Ward Trade Union.
For the 2023-2025 term, the Trade Union of Ngu Hanh Son Regional Medical Center has done a good job of taking care of the lives and material and spiritual needs of union members and workers.
The union also promptly paid attention to supporting union members in difficult circumstances; proposed that the higher-level union support the construction and repair of a house from the "Union Shelter" Fund for a union member in difficult circumstances.
In particular, the Trade Union has implemented the Skilled Mass Mobilization model "Reusing medicine boxes - Spreading a green lifestyle" with the participation of union members.
Up to now, at the Center, the rate of patient medicine bags made of paper accounts for 95%, thereby contributing to reducing the average amount of plastic waste released into the environment by 150-160kg.
This model also won first prize in the Video clip creation contest "Bringing the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress into the lives of union members and workers" organized by the city's trade union.
During the term, the union introduced 30 union members, outstanding workers and civil servants to attend the Party affection class and 22 comrades were honored to join the Party. The work of developing union members and building a strong union organization has been seriously implemented. From 2023 to now, 26 new union members have been admitted in excess of the Congress's targets.
With the spirit and motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the 10th Congress of Trade Union Delegates of Ngu Hanh Son Regional Medical Center, term 2025 - 2030, focuses on continuing to encourage cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers; effectively implement emulation movements, major campaigns of the industry, towards the grassroots.
Well perform the function of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; take good care of the material and spiritual life of workers, create motivation to compete in "Good workers, creative workers"; unite cadres and union members into a united bloc, contributing to caring for and protecting the health of the people.
