Immediately, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Khanh Hoa Province Police dispatched 1 command vehicle, 4 fire trucks and 35 officers and mobile soldiers to the scene.
Here, the fire broke out fiercely from the ground floor, quickly spreading to the upper floors of the 4-storey house.
The area where the fire broke out was near Dam Market - the wholesale market, so fire fighting and rescue work was difficult.
As soon as they arrived at the scene, firefighters and rescue workers quickly deployed many approaches, sprayed water to control the fire. At the same time, a working group organized a search for victims in the thick smoke and toxic gas.
After checking, the police discovered and promptly took the female victim who was hiding on the 4th floor out of the danger zone.
At about 5:10 a.m., the fire was basically under control, and the fire fighting force continued to spray water to put out the fire. By 5:50 a.m., the fire was completely extinguished. Initially, it was determined that the fire did not cause any serious damage to people or property.
According to the leader of the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department of Khanh Hoa Province Police, the victim who was rescued was Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ha (born in 2000, residing in Ninh Thuong village 1, Hoa Tri commune, Khanh Hoa).

The initial cause of the house fire was determined to be an electrical short circuit. The case is currently being further investigated and clarified by the authorities according to regulations.
