On June 7, Mr. Truong Quang Lang - Chairman of the Da Huoai District Labor Federation (Lam Dong province) said that the unit had just held a conference to review the activities of the Trade Union in the first 6 months of 2025.
Currently, the Da Huoai District Labor Federation is managing 157 grassroots unions with nearly 6,000 union members, reaching a rate of over 96.3% of workers joining the union organization. According to Mr. Lang, in the past 6 months, the unit has completed the assigned targets and tasks.
The Da Huoai District Labor Federation promptly visited and supported more than 200 union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total amount of over 100 million VND; selected more than 300 union members to participate in the "2025 Trade Union Tet Market" organized by the General Confederation.
In particular, during the Lunar New Year, grassroots unions give gifts to union members with each gift worth from 300,000 to 500,000 VND. During Workers' Month 2025, the unit organized the "Workers' Festival" and the "Union Members and Workers' Singing Festival", attracting thousands of union members to participate.
Union member development work continues to be promoted. Since the beginning of the year, the district has established 3 grassroots unions with nearly 200 new union members.
On this occasion, the District Labor Federation also summarized the activities of the trade union of the school units in the 2024-2025 school year. As a result, 24 grassroots unions and 33 cadres and union members were commended by trade unions at all levels.
