On May 17, Chairman of the Labor Federation of Da Huoai district, Lam Dong province - Mr. Truong Quang Lang - said that the unit had just established 2 more grassroots unions.
This is a practical activity during Workers' Month 2025, also responding to the peak period of developing union members in this unit.
Specifically, the unit decided to admit 64 workers in the grassroots security force in Da Teh town to the Trade Union organization. With this number of newly admitted union members, the Da Huoai District Labor Federation established the Da Teh grassroots security and order force union.
At the same time, this unit also announced the decision to establish the Da Huoai Lottery Union. This union has 29 union members. They are retail lottery ticket sellers in Da Huoai district.
Mr. Lang said that at the establishment conference, union members discussed democratically and elected the executive committee of the grassroots union. From the election results of union members, the Da Huoai District Labor Federation has recognized the executive committee of each newly established grassroots union.

Ms. Pham Hoang Thai Vu Ty - Chairman of the Da Huoai Lottery Union excitedly shared that lottery ticket sellers here are very happy to join the Union.
Ms. Ty added that most of them were people from other places selling lottery tickets in Da Huoai district. Promoted and mobilized by the Da Huoai District Labor Federation, they voluntarily joined the union.
"From now on, we have had a common home, which is the grassroots union. This will be a place for brothers and sisters to connect regularly and share and support each other to overcome difficulties, said Ms. Pham Hoang Thai Vu Ty.
Since the beginning of 2025, the Da Huoai District Labor Federation has mobilized the establishment of 3 new grassroots unions. Currently, this unit has established and maintained the activities of 4 grassroots unions with more than 200 union members.
