News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on November 15 said: The City Labor Federation organized a training course for key forces at grassroots unions in Son Tra, An Hai, Ngu Hanh Son wards; grassroots unions in Tho Quang Seafood Industrial Park, Da Nang Industrial Park and affiliated grassroots unions.
The training course was attended by nearly 200 union officials. At the training session, Lieutenant Colonel Le Nga - Deputy Captain of the Staff Department, Da Nang City Police - conveyed many important contents related to skills in grasping the situation, reporting procedures, and providing information to superiors.
Method of handling situations arising at the facility; updating the security situation among workers and preventive measures, combating complex manifestations that may occur.
It is known that, implementing the 2025 work program, the City Labor Federation plans to organize a total of 11 training courses for all key forces of grassroots trade unions in the area.
Up to now, the program has been implemented in 8 classes, receiving high appreciation from grassroots staff for its practicality, rich content and the ability to be directly applied to practical activities at the unit.
The training courses are an opportunity for grassroots union officials to improve their professional knowledge, enhance information processing skills and be more proactive in grasping the situation, contributing to maintaining security and order as well as caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
