On the evening of June 7, the Da Nang City Labor Federation organized a summary and award ceremony for the 2026 Excellent Worker Skills Contest in the Electronics industry.
This year's contest attracted 116 contestants who are union members and workers from grassroots trade unions directly under the City Labor Federation.
The contestants went through two parts of the competition including theory and practice with content focusing on occupational safety and health knowledge, basic knowledge of electronics and electronic welding skills according to circuit boards.
After a day of serious, responsible and exciting competition, the contestants showed solid professional knowledge, proficient professional skills, along with a spirit of learning, creativity and determination to conquer challenges.
Many exam papers achieved high quality, showing the professional style and skill level of the electronics industry workers in the city.
At the closing ceremony, the organizing committee announced the results and awarded prizes to excellent contestants with 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes and 10 Consolation Prizes.
The individuals honored are typical faces, with outstanding results in both the theory and practical competitions, contributing to spreading the spirit of learning and improving skills among workers.
Speaking at the summary ceremony, Mr. Le Van Dai - Standing Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City Labor Federation highly appreciated the active participation of units, businesses and candidates.
The contest is not only an opportunity to discover and honor highly skilled workers but also contributes to promoting the emulation movement of Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income, bringing quality and efficiency to production at enterprises.
Also at the summary ceremony, the Da Nang City Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to 8 collectives and 28 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good labor and building a strong Trade Union organization in 2025.
In particular, the Da Nang City Labor Federation organized a lucky draw program with many valuable gifts that were widely responded to by union members and workers.
The lucky lots are used from shopping vouchers that union members and workers receive when participating in shopping at the Mobile Workers' Fair.
Each gift given not only carries material value but also shows the concern and care of the Trade Union organization for the lives of union members and workers.
